Requirement:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.

2 – 3 years experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.

Valid driver’s license and Own vehicle.

The ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation Skills.

Attentive to customer needs and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of market trends and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Implement effective sales strategies to maximize the company revenue.

Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele.

Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Represent the company in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events.

Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.

Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the company.

Review the customer service quality of the company to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.

Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients

Strengthen relationships with existing customers

Set annual sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.

Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.

Conduct an assessment of sales performance and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies

Salary:

R15 000 and Commission

R18 000 and Commission
