Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Germiston. Sales Executives will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing the car buying and selling process, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Collaboration with team members and providing excellent customer service are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with digital platforms
- Experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus but not required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
