KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Drive profitable market growth within a designated geographic area, including African markets, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Analyze competitor activities and market drivers to develop effective sales strategies.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Power and Mining industries and conduct SWOT analyses to identify business opportunities.
Leverage strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to secure and close commercial agreements.
Possess in-depth technical knowledge of Drivelines (Motors, Couplings, Gearboxes) used in heavy industries.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience:
3 – 5 years in Mining, Power, Oil & Gas industries.
Expertise:
Proven track recordin sales, negotiation, and commercial service agreements/contracts.
