We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded, and proactive professional to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is not a traditional administrative role, you will operate as the connective tissue of the business, ensuring the CEO remains focused on strategic and revenue-generating priorities while driving execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise the CEO’s communications, inbox, and follow-ups to ensure nothing important is missed.
- Coordinate and protect the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, documentation, and track action items and outcomes.
- Monitor CEO commitments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between teams including sales, operations, finance, and delivery to maintain alignment.
- Support proposals, tenders, contracts, reporting, and day-to-day project and operational administration.
- Improve business efficiency by managing workflows, systems, processes, and strategic priorities proactively.
What We are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, sales, or operational support roles
- 2+ yrs of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams
- Strong business operations, project coordination, or executive support experience
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
- Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/project management tools
- Strong systems, process, and workflow mindset
- High attention to detail and follow-through
