We are a US-based digital marketing agency. Our agency Pintox Inc. is hiring in multiple countries.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in generating leads, placing bids on freelance platforms, and closing deals through direct outreach.
This is a fully remote role with a performance-based compensation structure, ideal for someone who is confident, target-oriented, and understands how to win clients online.
Key Responsibilities:
Place targeted bids and proposals on Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.com
Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential clients
Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
Maintain detailed records using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales or business development
Expertise in bidding and closing deals on freelance marketplaces
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
Background in digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
Experience working for the US clients
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
