Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Execution

The client helps high-growth companies scale their outbound pipeline.

About the Role

This role is 100% focused on outbound execution. You will be the driving force behind building pipeline for their clients, engaging prospects via cold calls and Linked In outreach, booking meetings, and generating qualified opportunities.

You don’t need to have worked in a traditional sales role before—but if you’ve been on the phones, dealt with clients directly, or have a natural ability to build rapport quickly, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects on behalf of the client’s clients.

Execute personalized Linked In outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.

Book qualified meetings and pass leads to Account Executives or client sales teams.

Follow and optimize outbound playbooks and outreach cadences.

Track activity and performance metrics in CRM tools.

Provide feedback on messaging, target personas, and prospect objections.

Who You Are:

Some experience with cold calling, phone work, or customer-facing roles (sales, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, etc.).

Confident, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Strong verbal communication skills—you know how to hold a conversation and create connections quickly.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated—you thrive on hitting targets.

Familiar with Linked In or open to learning how to use it as a prospecting tool.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with CRMs or outreach tools (but not essential).
