Requirements:
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and engage new business opportunities via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads
KPI-Driven Execution
Consistently hit and exceed activity and conversion targets
Track performance metrics and take full ownership of outcomes
CRM & Process Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and handover processes
Market Awareness
Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor messaging to resonate
Stay informed about trends in the industry and adjust outreach accordingly
Benefits:
Must-Haves::
3+ years of outbound SDR or B2B sales experience
Proven ability to hunt for leads and close meetings
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
KPI-driven with a consistent track record of performance
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Based in South Africa and able to work UK hours
Nice-to-Haves::
Experience working in or with a recruitment or staffing agency
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo)
Exposure to UK or international markets
