We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!
Remote-first (South Africa-based)
From R300,000 (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission
MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH

What You’ll Be Doing
Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
Qualifying leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
Hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a plus!)
Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities
Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaborating with an incredible team and taking part in fun team incentives
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation
Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure
️ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus!)
⚡ Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career
Strong social and relationship-building skills – both over the phone and face-to-face
