I'm looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on high-volume cold calling and appointment setting for a SaaS company. This role pays $800–$2,000/month OTE.
About the Role:
This company is a SaaS company that sells a software product, and they are looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative to help with outbound cold calling and appointment setting. You will be working through an existing list of 11,000 leads while continuously receiving new uncontacted leads to call.
This role is fully focused on outbound activity. You will be responsible for handling objections, maintaining professional communication, and consistently booking qualified appointments. You will be paid a base plus commission tied to performance.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily
- Qualify leads and book appointments
- Handle objections during live calls
- Maintain accurate call notes in CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
