Generates and qualifies leads for sales team, execute outbound campaigns, manage inbound leads, etc.

Position Summary:
Generates and qualifies leads to maintain a steady pipeline for the sales team. Executes outbound campaigns and manages inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos for AEs.
- Maintain CRM data and report weekly metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years in B2B SDR or prospecting role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead qualification frameworks.
