Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role located in the City of Cape Town. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and engaging prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. Key duties include developing relationships with potential customers, collaborating with the sales team to build a strong pipeline, and delivering presentations that communicate the value of Sisiwe’s services. The role demands strong communication, a proactive approach, and an eagerness to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills with a persuasive approach
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and building lasting professional relationships
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic client engagement plans
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in consulting or HR-related industries is an asset
