We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SDRs to join our client in the international payroll & HR space. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and scheduling meetings for your Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outreach and cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
Perform targeted prospecting and lead qualification to build a robust sales pipeline.
Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
Utilize consultative and solution selling techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Follow the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus
Aged between 22-33 years old

Pay: R15Â 000,00 – R30Â 000,00 per month
