Title: Sales Development Representative

Company: wePlace

Location: Johannesburg Metropolitan Area

Our client, a leading and trusted compliance management software solutions provider is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to sell and market their software solutions (SaaS).

Role Context | The Impact of the Role

Our client’s biggest sales challenge is turning leads into meetings. Come help them convert conversations into customers. The Sales Development Representative role is responsible for building client relationships and increasing revenue within the organisation. You will be the primary commercial contact for potential clients and are expected to retain their business and build a strong business relationship. They need someone with the grit, energy, and persuasion skills to pick up the phone, get past the gatekeeper, and get them in the room.

This role is not about playing it safe or waiting for inbound leads to “nurture themselves.” Our client is hiring someone to own the top of their funnel and crush it. If you’re confident, proactive, and thrive on the thrill of the chase — this job is for you.
