About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact between Symbal AI and potential customers. Your job is to connect with HR and recruiting decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and set up meetings for our Account Executives.
You’ll play a key role in scaling Symbal AI’s impact while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI tech and the future of work.
Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts in assigned regions and verticals
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos with the sales team
Maintain organized records in our CRM
Work closely with Account Executives to optimize messaging and handoffs
Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads

Pay: R12Â 400,00 – R17Â 800,00 per month
