Zabota is a 4-year-old headhunting firm placing elite remote talent into fast-growing US companies — telehealth, agencies, DTC ecommerce.

We're hiring our first dedicated SDR. Your job is simple: get founders on the phone and book qualified meetings. You get paid on every meeting that holds.

Comp is built so the money is visible daily. Every meeting that happens is $75 in your pocket that day.

The day

  • Morning: 20-25 personalized LinkedIn connection requests + replies (your real profile, no automation)
  • Dial block: 100-140 calls/day on a power dialer — priority list first (LinkedIn/email touched), fresh cold list after
  • Voicemail + SMS combos that actually get callbacks
  • Everything auto-logs in HubSpot via the dialer — your admin burden is near zero
  • You're a fit if

    • You have a real, measurable outbound track record. Door-to-door, outbound, telesales for US/UK clients, 6+ months of B2B SDR calling.
    • You've called US-based decision-makers before. Not a hard requirement but heavily weighted
    • You can hold a conversation with a distracted CEO in under 30 seconds and make them stay on the line — this is the skill we're actually hiring for
    • Professional English is your default register. You can move seamlessly from a formal opener with a CFO to a warmer, direct exchange with a founder. You write email replies that read cleanly the first time
  • Time zone

    • Working hours: 3pm-11pm SAST Monday-Friday (covers 9am-5pm ET, our target time zone)
  • Comp (all USD)

    • $2,000/mo base
    • $75 per qualified meeting held (bar defined in writing — you'll always know what counts)
    • $150 every time a meeting you booked becomes a client
