Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on cold calling, cold emailing, and managing client outreach to generate high-quality leads for marketing agencies. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients connect with key decision-makers in need of their marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients within the marketing sector.
Utilize LinkedIn and email outreach to drive lead generation and secure meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies and potential clients.
Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads and prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Requirements:
Strong English with close to neutral or globally understandable accent required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (SDR experience is a plus).
Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a CRM.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in generating client meetings for a marketing agency is a plus.
