Pay for this role:R25,000 – R40,000/month
Commission-only
Promotion 1:
Senior Consultant
Timeline:
Possible promotion within 3-6 months
Basic salary of R20,000/month + commission
(OTE of R40,000 – R50,000/month)
Promotion 2:
Business Consultant
Timeline: 9-12 months
Basic salary of R30,000/month + commission
(OTE of R100,000 – R200,000/month)
Location:Cape Town (Remote) | Work for a US company
Hours
Monday-Friday: 2 PM – 11 PM SAST
Saturdays & public holidays:
Half day
Sundays:

About the Role
Join a fast-growing coaching business in Florida, USA, working in a structured outbound sales role.
We handle all lead generation for you. Our system sends 50,000 – 100,000 emails per month on your behalf.
Your job is to respond to replies, send Loom videos, and book calls for the Business Consultants.
