Position: SALES COORDINATOR
Our client, an OEM, is a world leader in ventilation and heating technology. Their South African company is experiencing exponential growth, creating a need for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to support the national sales teams.
Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the National sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales departments. The role involves acting as a central contact point, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team members in daily operations.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings and conferences.
Customer Interaction:
Manage all customer service interactions, respond to inquiries, and provide product or service information.
Follow up on sales inquiries to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
Order Processing and Tracking:
Process sales orders and maintain records.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
Communication and
Collaboration:
