Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join a leading provider of reward and recognition solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and address client needs.
Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their reward and recognition requirements, developing tailored solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and network with HR professionals to drive business growth.
Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
Utilize social media and Linked In marketing to expand reach and build relationships.
Present customized reward and recognition solutions to meet client needs.
Drive sales and business development initiatives in the Cape Town area.
Meet with clients to assess their reward and recognition objectives.
Develop customized incentive solutions based on client needs.
Present proposals and solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Experience working in a corporate B2B environment is essential! We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales consulting, preferably in the rewards and recognition or HR solutions industry or corporate services.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
Experience in selling HR SaaS solutions is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR decision-makers and their key challenges when implementing SaaS-based solutions.
