Key Outputs
- Meet month-to-month sales target in New, Used and Rental
- Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/customer base
- Effective territory management.
- Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Manage all aspects of sales process
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
- Grade 12
- Develop good customer relationships
- Proficiency (spoken and written) in English, prerequisite and have a sound knowledge of the culture and business practices
- Business development skills and knowledge
- Sound business strong communication and presentation skills
- Process compliance orientation
- Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools
- Sound knowledge of CAT equipment and industry
- Knowledge of salesforce and MS Office
- Facilitation skills
