Launched in 2022, we’re now seeking our first permanent employee—a hunter-minded Sales Consultant—to drive adoption of our revolutionary platform in schools nationwide.

The Role
As our founding Sales Consultant, you’ll:
✔ Open doors—cold-call, email, and hustle to secure meetings with principals and governing bodies.
✔ Challenge the status quo—persuade traditional schools to ditch WhatsApp and other solutions for a smarter solution.
✔ Own the sales cycle—prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals (no hand-holding).
✔ Build relationships—become the trusted advisor for schools navigating digital transformation.
✔ Crush targets—exceed quotas and fuel Weavr’s growth.
Who You Are
✔ Background: You’ve sold EdTech to schools (ideal) OR have teaching experience + understand school decision-making.
✔ Skills:
Door-opener: Fearless at cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Master storyteller: Persuasive communicator (written + spoken).
Resourceful: Solve problems creatively—no “that’s not my job” attitude.
Relentless: Resilient, disciplined, and goal-obsessed.
