Position: Sales Consultant : Budget Insurance (KZN)

Our client, a marketing and manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Assistant. This role involves managing the procurement of packaging materials and components for production.

Qualifications & Skills :

BSc or BCom degree

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication and administrative skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities :

Order Management :
Placing and tracking orders, expediting shipments, and coordinating materials with third-party logistics

Stock Management :
Handling out-of-stock situations, tracking supplier delays, and overseeing returns

Sourcing and Imports :
Assisting with local and import sourcing, maintaining import trackers, and scheduling imports / exports

Administrative Tasks :
Briefing suppliers on colour matches, preparing POS requirements, and maintaining supplier lists
