Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our accounting and bookkeeping firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will be an essential part of our business development strategy, helping small and medium-sized businesses benefit from our accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Sales & Client Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their accounting and bookkeeping needs.

Service Presentation: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our accounting and bookkeeping services to prospects, tailoring solutions to their specific business needs.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position our services effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with the internal accounting team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services.

Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services, or a willingness to learn quickly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage the sales process using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
