Job Requirements
To be eligible to apply for Sales Agent position, the following requirements must be met:
· Matric or NQF level 4 qualification is essential
· Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
· Must be able and willing to work under pressure
· Must have an ability to successfully resolve conflict
· Must generally have a calm disposition
· An ability to work in a stressful or challenging environment
· An ability to handle pressure and stress management
· Call centre training or qualification is an added advantage
Duration of employment
· Permanent, Full time position
Job Analysis:
· The Agent will be responsible to call predetermined leads to proactively market the bank’s product for which he/she is accredited, in a fully compliant manner.
Experience:
· A minimum of 8 months proven success in an Outbound/Inbound Telesales or customer service role
· Computer literate
· Previous and proven experience within Financial Services and/or Customer service
· Demonstrate an ability to work independently
· To meet production targets/deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities
· Making/Taking minimum outbound/inbound calls per day as per set target
· Provide proactive and responsive support to clients
· Providing outstanding service via all communications channels
· Act as channel of communication to present the features and benefits of the bank’s products that are offered by our client to prospective customers.
· Ensure that applicable campaign’s targets are met.

Pay: R4Â 500,00 per month
