Are You Someone Who Can
Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate insurance products in order to achieve sales targets.
Manage existing clients and grow existing portfolio through renewal processes.
Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with Bank Client Managers to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities.
Track, control, and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies.
Analyse competitor information gathered and ensure active monitoring of market trends and influencers. Identify new business opportunities that impact the industry.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
Have a minimum of a relevant National Certificate (NQF 5 in Short-term Insurance), Diploma or Degree.
RE Certificate (fully FAIS compliant).
Certificates for CPD hours completed for the 3-year cycle e.g. 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2022, 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2023, and 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2024.
DOFA statement – dated not longer than 3 months.
Have 3 years’ broker experience in short-term insurance for Commercial and Personal Lines.
Copies of qualifications completed.
Must have experience in Commercial and Personal Lines.
Short-term insurance experience.
Product specific training.
