The Role: Sales Associate
The purpose of this role is to guide buyers through honest conversations rather than using pushy tactics or scripts. The Sales Associate collaborates with founders and technical teams working in behavioural science, AI, and e-commerce to understand what buyers value. This role focuses on guiding buyers with clarity and confidence while contributing to a supportive, high-performance team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through honest conversations without exaggerated promises.
- Manage appointments, walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
- Work with marketing and pricing teams to enhance the buyer experience.
- Help refine the sales process through ongoing experimentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand pricing intelligence and buyer values.
- Meet clients on-site as part of the hybrid working model.
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture.
About You
- Must have sales experience.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver''s license.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and keep your word.
