- Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
- Know layout of store to direct customers to products
Store Disciplines & Productivity
- Opening & closing procedures are followed.
- To ensure all merchandising principles are always in place and that every item is ticketed.
Minimise risk through process compliance:
- Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual.
- Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates.
- Cash handling – assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors
- Basic computer literacy
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
- Competency Assessment Achieved
