🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Virtual Assistant (On-Site Role)
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales efforts for an innovative digital payment platform.
📍 Location: Fully On-Site
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (aligned to US EST)
🔑 Key Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in outbound sales, lead generation, and outreach
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail when managing CRM data
- Comfortable engaging with student audiences via social media
- Ability to multitask with fast response times
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via iMessage, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls
- Engage with student leaders and organizations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Manage and update CRM systems (1,900+ contacts)
- Maintain accurate records of all communications
- Support lead generation and database expansion
- Perform social media outreach (especially Instagram DMs)
🧠 Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable handling outreach and occasional calls
