Purpose of Role:
Our company is ready to scale into the South African market and we seek professional, articulate, reliable and dynamic individuals to present to schools management and parents.
Reports to: Academic Director
Responsibilities:
Identifying and exploiting new sales and marketing opportunities
Calling clients from prospective lists provided.
Presenting company products and services to enrolment.
Effective follow up activities and sales closures
Defining sales and marketing objectives to achieve regional revenue and budget targets
Driving sales and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets
Execute robust after-sales process to deliver strong customer loyalty and retention
Monitoring market trends, including competitor and industry analysis and applying insights and learnings to the Sales and Marketing strategy
Bi-Monthly reporting to key stakeholders
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Marketing/ Commerce or related field.
Experience:
Experience in marketing and selling within the education space an advantage.
Track record of demonstrable success in sales functions.
Experience in presenting to clients.
Requirements
Must be able to meet clients at their premises and present the solution.
Must have their own vehicle.
Must have a smart phone with internet connectivity.
Strong closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional analytical skills – ability to analyse real-time data and adjust marketing and sales efforts in response to that data
Proactive
Must display high levels of grit and commitment to excellence
Ability to keep Return on Investment (ROI) top of mind at all times
