Introduction
Quantum Foods has a career opportunity at its Polokwane Office for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic team. The position reports directly to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the full Sales and Marketing administration function. The position is based in Polokwane.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and execute day-old chick orders in the Limpopo region
Assist Hatchery Manager with ad hoc sales of excess production in Gauteng
Arrange and execute brand and customer engagement activities
Prepare and present customer reviews
Implement and manage customer feedback system
Weekly and monthly sales reporting
Assist with new customer applications
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant Sales & Marketing or Logistics Diploma or Poultry qualification
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in poultry industry or in similar role
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Avihance experience (advantageous)
Sage experience (advantageous)
