KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. You’ll explore new ways of thinking: What turns a lead into a sale? What makes people say YES? You’ll have to navigate a high-paced work environment with people who are just as driven as you are. On any given day, you will be expected to:
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas.
Manage outbound contacts to the international customer base for a professional product.
Educate potential clients on specific processes and services related to the product.
Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis
Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner.
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
Manage leads effectively and consistently, and meet or exceed allocated daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.
We know it’s a tall order, but for the caliber candidate we’re looking for it will be a delicious challenge.
