Full Job Description
We’re seeking a driven and dedicated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be responsible for advising clients on long-term insurance policies, building relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
2. Advise clients on suitable long-term insurance policies and solutions.
3. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Manage your own schedule and bookings to ensure efficient client meetings.
Requirements:
1. Matric qualification
2. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
3. Own laptop
4. RE5 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
5. Sales experience (any industry)
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong work ethic and dedication
8. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
