Sales Affiliate Team Manager Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at Sanlam
Manages individuals within a team, e.g., call centre agents or consultants within the communication centre. Ensures that the team reaches targets by monitoring individual performance continuously. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of all aspects of the products, processes, and systems. Mentors the team and provides real-time support for query resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF4/Matric
Relevant FAIS and RE qualifications
Minimum Experience
At least 3 years in the short-term sales environment
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of sales and processes
Highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven sales track record
