Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s offerings, including new products, promotions, and trends.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for selling.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Retail sales experience is advantageous
