About the Role:

To support the relevant Sales Division team with specific process controls, administrative and financial support in adherence with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the relevant Sales team with administrative services required for day-to-day operations (functional), by: diary management and travel arrangements (flights, car hire, accommodation on the Trave It system).

Process credit card reconciliations (allocation of credit card slips weekly and processing of expenses reconciliations monthly on the Visa system) and purchase orders (e.g., events, upliftment books, lunches, sympathy flowers, service providers, etc. on the GP system).

Obtain approval of trading terms from Executives; capture trading terms timeously on E-Trade App system; and check on Power BI if approved, active, and calculated.

Capture deals on system; check that deals are within mandates; verify that system and order pricing match; address queries related to pricing, hierarchy, account numbers, etc. (from MDM, Call Centre, and NCMs); update deal pricing list (using tracking number from MDM) and distribute deal pricing list to NCMs monthly.

Capture claims/provisions daily and consolidate information into the Fixed Selling Schedules (FSS).

Capture Sally/Tallies on E-Trade App system (according to mandates received from business), checking on Power BI if approved, active, and calculated.

Consolidate Fixed Selling Schedules (FSS) weekly, balance FSS to Finance monthly, and hold FSS meetings with NCMs monthly.
