Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self managed Sales Administrator to join our team. We service the narrow web printing market through sourcing and manufacturing innovative technologies to meet individual needs.

The succcessful applicant will have strong organisational and administrative skills and as a member of the technical sales team the position plays a key role in ensuring customers are provided with a high level of service.

Key areas include:

Customer service and relationship building

Sales order processing internally

Administrative support to the Branch Manager – Communication with customers, scheduling appointments

Stock monitoring – manage the transfer of stock on the financial system

Consolidate monthly stock sheets

Assisting the Supply and Demand Planner with tracking of import stock orders

Adherance to Workflow SOP’s

Administer local courier service when required

Minimum Requirements:

National Senior Certificate

5 years experience in an administration role, preferably in a sales environment where there is a big focus on customer service

Computer literacy – Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

Previous experience with an ERP system/Quickbooks/Fincon an advantage

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to multi task

Strong ability to plan and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills

Being able to work independently or as a team

Pay: R15 000,00 – R17 000,00 per month
