3- 6 months contract
Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 17:00
Salary:
Market
-related, depending on experience.
Office based in Virginia, Standerton and De Aar (Accommodation will be provided).
Minimum requirements:
Matric
6 years’ experience in construction safety (preferably in fencing or civil works)
SACPCMP registered safety officer
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
Own vehicle, cell phone and Laptop
Valid driver’s license
Duties are, but not limited to:
Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Identify hazards and implement risk control measures
Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and enforce safety protocols
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for site workers
Liaise with management, contractors, and employees on safety matters
