About the Packaging Technical Trainee Programme
ThePackaging Technical Trainee Programmeis a structured18-month training programmedesigned to equip graduates with essential technical skills andhands-on experience. This programme also introduces trainees toSAB’scompany cultureand operational principles, preparing them for immediate allocation of responsibilities upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
Gain acomprehensive understandingof the theory, principles, and operation ofPackaging equipmentin the Packaging Hall.
Participate inprojects aligned with brewery prioritiesand the training programme requirements.
ApplyVPO (Voyager PlantOptimization) principlesto enhance efficiency and quality.
Diagnosesystemic and situational problems, perform troubleshooting, and implement solutions.
Engage inPackaging team structures, including taking onactingleadershiproles.
Communicate learnings and solutions acrossvarious levels of the business.
Minimum Requirements
BSc or BTech(or equivalent) inMechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
At least2 years of Packaging Experience.
