You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy, driving performance,innovation, and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Define and execute the technical and operational strategy for the SaaS platform, ensuring scalability andinnovation.
Oversee the development andcontinuous improvementof the SaaS platform, ensuring best-in-class performance and reliability.
Implement and refine processes for product delivery, client onboarding, and system maintenance to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations.
Build, mentor, andlead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, accountability, andinnovation.
Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency.
Work closely withleadership, sales, and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
WHO YOU ARE
Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment.
Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and platform management.
Excellentproblem-solving skillswith a track record of driving operational improvements.
Experience managingcross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and support staff.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV, CAC) and operational KPIs.
Exceptionalcommunication skillsto engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
