We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Inverter Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the solar inverter sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in developing and managing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter products
Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators
Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partners
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities
Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products
Proven track record in developing and managing successful sales channels
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter technology
Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
