We are looking for an experienced RV Technician who is comfortable working on both towable and motorized RVs and enjoys bringing preowned units back to sale-ready condition.

The Job
As an RV Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition preowned RVs so they are ready for sale and customer delivery.
Typical work may include:
- Electrical diagnosis and repair
- 12V and 120V electrical systems
- Plumbing and water systems
- HVAC / A/C and heating systems
- Refrigerators, water heaters, and appliances
- Slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, and stabilizers
- Roof, seal, and water-intrusion repairs
- Interior and exterior repairs
- Generator and motorhome systems
- Chassis-related diagnosis and repair
- Pre-sale inspections and reconditioning
- Troubleshooting miscellaneous issues found in preowned RVs
What We’re Looking For
You should be able to work on both:
TOWABLE
- Travel trailers
- Fifth wheels
- Toy haulers
MOTORIZED
- Class A
- Class C
- Diesel motorhomes
We’re looking for someone who can diagnose problems, figure things out, and get the job done rather than someone who needs to be told exactly what to do every step of the way.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous professional RV technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with both towable and motorized RVs
- Comfortable working on preowned units with a wide variety of problems
- Able to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Has their own basic hand tools
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
