Key Responsibilities
of the Room Attendant:
Support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and prompt responses to guest inquiries.
Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets.
Collaborate with immediate supervisors to control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.
Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company’s culture and values.
Ensure compliance with all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, with follow-up as needed.
Requirements of the Room Attendant:
Experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential.
Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks.
Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
Strong communication skills.
