Your Job
We are seeking an outstanding Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide basic care and direct nursing staff. The RN will develop care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, and monitor staff to ensure safety regulations are upheld.
Job Type: Full-Time Your Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members.
Record medication administration and changes in patient condition.
Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
Perform other duties as directed.
