Risk Administrator
Digiterra is a multinational software and consulting group that provides sustainable resource, process, and technology solutions to address a wide range of challenges throughout the Business to IT continuum. We are looking for a Risk Administrator with experience in Forensic Investigations to join the team on a 6-month contract.
This role will be based full-time onsite at our offices in Rivonia Road.
Responsibilities
Register risk events and support Forensic Investigators.
Enhance business processes and methodologies.
Ensure costs are recovered according to time allocation and transfer pricing agreements.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand and meet expectations or requirements, providing feedback to management.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within Group Forensic Services.
Manage and prevent operational losses.
Classify risk events to ensure accurate management information is provided.
Assess the completeness of reported risk events.
Register risk events in the case management system within specified timelines and escalate as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
2-3 years’ experience in banking or operational back-office environments within financial institutions.
Experience in money laundering, fraud investigations, or risk event administration.
