MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide administrative and operational support to the Reward function, ensuring accurate processing, coordination, and documentation of reward activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Provide reward administrative support.
  • Assist with STI and LTI administration and documentation.
  • Support salary calculations and prepare basic costings.
  • Coordinate and submit salary survey data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare standard reports.
  • Support reward governance processes, including filing, audit trails, and approval documentation.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, payroll, and external vendors as required.
  • Respond to routine reward-related queries and escalate issues where needed.
  • Provide general administrative support during peak reward cycles.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Three year Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in HR or reward administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good Excel and data-processing skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks.
