Responsibilities:
Revit Proficiency: Utilize Revit software to create 2D and 3D models and technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project goals and contribute to the development of design solutions.
Detail-Oriented Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Modeling and Visualization: Create and manage Revit models for various project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of own work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, software updates, and best practices related to Revit and BIM technology.
Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, or related field highly advantageous
2 to 3.years experience within a draughting office
Proven experience as a Revit Draughtsman in architectural or engineering projects.
Proficiency in using Revit software for drafting and modeling.
Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
