Scope:
Re-Engineer parts of different turbo machinery equipment, issue meshes, models, detail drawings, part lists, and mechanical calculations based on 3D scanning or customer drawings, ensuring that all technical obligations are met. Assist the workshop for repair jobs with repair instructions for Omnicare equipment.
Knowledge /
Qualification:
Modify and issue technical documents with regards to local requirements (drawings, part lists, specifications).
Definition of finding report and steps.
Definition of scope of repair work including disassembly, inspection and measurement, and reassembly protocols from scratch.
Documentation (quality protocols, manuals…).
Apply local technical compliance.
Technical support for the local workshop.
Issue local repair instructions (aligned with client standards).
Preparation of 3D models, draft, and detail drawings for parts and assemblies.
Ensure SAP data management and documentation for applied work scope (in case no SAP system is available, ensure proper flow of information back to the PC).
Support sales, workshop, purchasing, and field service department for all design-related questions.
Handling of non-conformity requests.
Strong alignment with Workshop Manager, Technical Sales consultant, Field Service Engineer on feasibility and solutions for Omnicare business in the respective Region.
Strong interaction with reverse engineers from other Regions, e.g., for keeping “state-of-the-art
