Position: Revenue Growth Manager (RGM)

ROLE PURPOSE

We’re looking for a commercially minded Revenue Growth Manager to join our Strategy & Insights team and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable, profitable growth across our business. This is a highly strategic role where you’ll transform commercial, customer and consumer insights into actionable recommendations that optimise pricing, promotions, trade investment, portfolio and channel performance. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial and Finance, you’ll influence key business decisions that strengthen profitability and long-term value creation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop pricing strategies, price-pack architecture and revenue growth plans.
  • Optimise promotional investment and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
  • Improve customer profitability and trade investment decisions.
  • Identify portfolio, channel and product mix opportunities to maximise growth.
  • Build commercial scenarios, financial models and strategic recommendations.
  • Champion Revenue Growth Management (RGM) best practices across the business.
  • Translate complex data into compelling insights that drive better commercial decisions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A relevant Bdegree in Commercial, Financial, Statistical or Business Management is essential
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Finance or similar
  • Financial modelling and P&L understanding
  • Forecasting, demand planning or scenario modelling experience is essential
  • Proven commercial, financial and analytical capability.
  • Experience in pricing, trade investment, profitability analysis and commercial optimisation.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • FMCG, beverage or liquor industry experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ, Circana or similar market data is essential.
