Full Job Description
Optimize inventory by identifying early trends in high and low-demand periods and responding promptly;
Regularly analyse historical passenger behaviour, the competitive environment, seasonal trends and other factors influencing sales;
Report and provide feedback to management;
Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives;
Regularly scrutinize airline market capacity and evaluate its applicability;
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and identify potential revenue opportunities, particularly regarding competitor behaviour;
Assist with group fare decision making and quoting administration;
Assist with decision-making and provide administrative support for flight schedule loading.
B. Com or equivalent degree;
No aviation experience required;
At least 5 years in financial or similar role;
No criminal or bad credit record;
Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
Basic understanding of economics and finance;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
Analytical ability of assembling information and drawing logical conclusions;
Comprehensive computer literacy;
Immaculate timekeeping.
