Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Retention Strategies:
Deploy dynamic and creative methods to retain our valued clients. Examples include offering premium reductions, downgrades, and enticing discounts.

Policy Validation:
Ensure timely and accurate capture of policies for retained clients to meet company requirements and system cutoffs affecting debit orders.

Client Needs Analysis:
Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, delivering tailored solutions.

Client Base Growth:
Cultivate and expand our existing client base.

Adherence to Underwriting Standards:
Strictly adhere to underwriter’s rules and business procedures.

Negotiation Expertise:
Collaborate with Product Owners and Underwriters when necessary to find solutions, especially during policy reinstatements—all done through telephonic interactions.

Client Query Resolution:
Address insurance-related queries and customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Achieving Targets:
Meet and exceed all set targets consistently.

Relationship Management:
Foster customer and business loyalty through exceptional relationship management. Uphold a professional corporate image aligned with the bank’s values.

Efficient Query Resolution:
Prioritize query resolution within defined turnaround times to prevent complaints.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification:

Matric:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Insurance Credentials:
Possess a minimum of 120 Insurance credits.

Relevant Qualification:
Hold a relevant certification, diploma, or degree.

Regulatory Exams:
Compliant with FAIS regulatory exams.

Class of Business (COB) and Compliance Training:
Completed required training.

Experience:

Insurance Industry Expertise:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Call Center Proficiency: A minimum of 2 years of call center/telephone experience.

Client Services:
At least 1 year of sales/client services contact center experience.
